The building is surrounded by over 46 acres of parkland and is steps way from a beautiful sandy beach with stunning views of Lake Ontario. Nearby is the Gibraltar Point Lighthouse, Toronto’s oldest landmark.
Artscape Gibraltar Point is open year-round and operates as a social enterprise. Revenues from venue rentals support the building’s cultural programming and services.

With artists working and living on site, Artscape Gibraltar Point has a Good Neighbour Policy that applies to every function. Events must conclude by 12:00 am (guests to begin exiting). Please note that all tenants have 24/7 access to the artist areas of the building and may even choose to leave their studio doors open for your guests to enjoy their artwork.
